摘要
日本在经济高速增长时期,适时有效地制订了一系列法规和政策,促使中小企业走上成功之路,改变了中小企业落后状态。我国是中小企业众多的国家,并且正处于经济高速增长时期,学习日本中小企业成功经验,对于贯彻落实《中华人民共和国中小企业促进法》,加快中小企业的发展,促进国民经济持续稳定增长,具有十分重要的意义。
At the time of rapid economic increase, Japan made a series of policies and laws to reform those poorly-managed enterprises and to put the medium and small enterprises on a successful way. With so many medium and small enterprises at such a rapid development time in our country, it is quite significant for us to learn the experience of Japanese medium-and-small enterprises to speed up the development of our medium and small enterprises and to ensure a sustainable steady increase of our national economy.
