摘要
对12例胰胆合流异常的成人胆总管囊肿手术远期效果观察、分析,讨论了其治疗,主张采用囊肿完全切除或内膜剥除加肝管空肠吻合为基本术式,强调对肝外囊肿合并肝内囊肿及结石、肝门以上狭窄的认识,重视对胆总管下端狭窄的术中处理并介绍了经验。
The long-term effect of operation on biliary cyst was examined in 12 Patients with anomalouw conjunction of biliary and Pancreatic duct. It wa found that the cause of Poor Prognosis was the neglect of treatment of the accompanying gepatobiliary duct strictures, intre-hePatie biliary duct cysts and stones coexisted with extra-hePatic bile cyst. It is recommeneod that a Rouxen-y hepaticojejunos tomy should be made ar the basic oPeration program after total excision of the cyst or removing the lining the cyst.
