摘要
此文以某船用柴油机为例,通过采取隔振、安装进气和排气消声器、在机组表面粘贴约束阻尼材料、在机舱内粘贴吸声材料等综合控制技术对其进行了振动和噪声控制,使机舱内的噪声降低36dB以上、甲板上的噪声降低14dB以上,控制成本较小且不影响机组的正常工作,因此控制效果良好。
As the development of greatness and
hign-speed of marine diesel engine, its pollution of
vibration and noise is more and more severity. The
article discussed the noise control of the diesel en-
gine, by separated vibration, fixed muffler, affixed re-
strict dump materrial in local surface of engine and
sound absorption material in engine room. As result,
the noise can be reduced more than 36dB in engine
room and 14dB on the deck, the cost is very lower
and didn' t affect its work, and so the control effect is
very perfect.
