摘要 用凝胶层析和离子交换层析方法从黄海的繁茂膜海绵(Hymeniacidonperleve)中分离得到一种蛋白质D1,相对分子质量为2.3ku,pI为6.6。纯化的蛋白质富含疏水性氨基酸和酸性 氨基酸。研究表明蛋白质D1对繁茂膜海绵细胞培养表现出很强的使海绵细胞贴壁且快速粘附 成团的作用。凝集实验表明该蛋白对人的A、B、O、AB血,兔和鼠的红细胞没有凝集活性。 A number of bioactive proteins are metabolized in the marine sponge. Protein D1 was purified by ion- exchange and gel chromatography, the molecular mass of the protein is approximately 2.3ku, and its isoelectric point is a pH6.6. Purified protein is rich in hydrophobic and acidic amino acids. It was found the protein D1 displays strong attachment and aggregation effect on the cells of the sponge Hymeniacidon perleve. It has no hemagglutinating activities on human A, B, O, AB, rabbit and rat erythrocytes.
