彗星试验中磨砂玻片的制作 被引量：1

摘要 彗星试验(COMET)又称单细胞凝胶电泳(singlecell gel electrophoresis,SCGE)是一种简便而灵敏的在单细胞水平上检测有核细胞DNA损伤与修复的方法,在国外广泛的用于各类化学诱变剂的检测.该试验是把在培养过程中经诱变剂或有毒物质干预后的细胞放在凝胶中制片,然后经裂解、解旋、电泳和漂洗及染色一系列过程,最后在荧光显微镜下观察,求出拖尾细胞的百分率及拖尾细胞的尾长进行统计分析.
