神经生长相关特异性蛋白的研究进展

摘要 1概述 神经细胞是一类分化程度最高的细胞,具有神经系统特殊的功能.执行这些功能的蛋白质可能是酶、受体以及酶和受体的调控子或其他一些蛋白质因子.因此把仅在神经系统中出现而其他组织中没有或含量甚微,并且担负神经组织特异性功能的蛋白质称为神经系统特异性蛋白质.神经系统特异性蛋白质在神经组织中分布广泛,种类较多,功能各异.这些蛋白质具有一些共同的特点:在特异的神经组织中含量一般较低;分布在胶质细胞及神经元两大部位;担负同一或相近功能的往往是具有很大的保守性的一类家族性蛋白质;通常是在神经系统发育的某一阶段或某一病理状态下才表达出来.
