摘要
高校普遍实施扩招、学分制后,学校对于学生的教学和管理也出现了很多新情况和新问题。本文力求从当代大学生的思考困境出发,深入分析大学生的目标困境和公平困境,对学分制下的学生质量管理专门设计了以及时反馈为原则的一套量化考核的激励机制即《高校学生质量管理激励机制》,以期对新形势下的高校学生质量管理工作做一些可行性的探索。
After most high school implemented expanding and credit system, the teaching mode and running system of student have faced lots of new problem. Our essay tries to set our from the difficult position of students thinking, analyze the target fix and equal fix of students, design a set of urging system named 'High School Student Quality Management and Urging System' principled by feedback timely. We hope that we can do some feasible probing in student quality management.
