胜任力分析与人力资源管理创新 被引量:25

摘要 近年来,胜任力研究日渐成为人力资源管理的新热点。在现有研究的基础上,本文综合了胜任力和胜任力分析的有关研究结果,提出了胜任力研究应用于工作分析、人员招聘、员工培训、绩效考核和员工职业发展等管理工作所带来的思想创新和方法创新。
