摘要
目的 :观察针刺加中药保留灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法 :针刺治疗慢性前列腺炎 4 6例 ,针刺主穴为中极、曲骨、横骨、会阴 ,针梗疏密波加电 30min ,用前列安灌肠液保留灌肠 ,药温 39～ 4 1℃ ,直肠灌注约10 0ml,保留时间不少于 2h ,隔日治疗 1次 ,10次为一疗程 ,一疗程结束后总结疗效。结果 :经统计学处理 ,治疗前后各项评分差异有高度显著性 (P<0 0 1)。结论
Objective:To observate therapeutic effect about treatment of chronic prostatitis by acupuncture and reserved enema by herb medicine.Method:46 cases received acupuncture at such acupoints as ZhongJi,QuGu,HengGu,HuiYin power stimulus for 30min,enema fluid is QianLieAn enema volume is 100ml or so,reserved time is no less than 2hrs.1 process contained 10 times.Result:There are significant differences between before and after treatment.Conclusion:Acupuncture and reserved enema with herb medicine can be effective in treating chronic prostatitis.
