摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS对啮合同向双螺杆不同形式芯轴的受力状况进行有限元(FEM)模拟分析。通过比较几种芯轴在既定工况下第一主应力、变形和扭转角等,并加以分析,从而找出该工况下受力较好的芯轴形式。其中,六棱形芯轴受力情况最好,渐开线花键芯轴次之,受力最差的是平键芯轴。
The stresses on various shafts of an intermeshing co-rotating twin screw extruder were analyzed through a finite element package,ANSYS.The goal of these calculations was to find the better shape for the shafts by comparing the first main stress,deformation and the angle of the torsion.Through the analysis,it was found that six-side polygon shaft was the best,and involute spline shaft was the better,the flat key was the worst one.
