摘要
通过水培和土培试验,研究了棉花根系和叶片对硼的吸收、运转和分配。结果表明,根系对硼的吸收、运转速率快于叶片,但叶片施硼能直接满足叶片对硼的需要。棉花叶片对硼的运输随棉花生长时期不同而异:营养生长时期,硼主要运输到生长点和幼嫩叶片中;生殖生长时期,硼主要运输到繁殖器官和为繁殖器官制造养料的主茎叶及其相应的果枝叶。积累在老叶中的硼,一般不易移动;在进行光合作用较旺盛的叶片中的硼,可以进行再分配。
Agriculture and pot experiments were conducted to study the absorption,translocation and distribution of boron in cotton.The results obtained were summa-rized as follows:The rate of boron absorption,and its translocation in roots was higher than thatin leaves,but foliar spray of boron could meet the requirement of leaves for it.Translocations of boron in cotton were different in different period of growth.Duringvegetative growth period,boron was translocated mainly to growing pointsand young leaves,while in reproductive growth stage,most of the boron wastranslocated to leaves on main stem and to relevant leaves on boll-bearing branchesand reproductive organs.Generally boron was accumulated in old leaves and couldnot be translocated easily,while in function leaves,boron could be re-distributedalong with the assimilation products.
