摘要
针对目前高职学院科研工作存在的问题,急需建立一种适用于高职学院的课题制管理机制.在推进课题制的进程中,要保证课题来源多样化,经费管理合理化,监管机制完善化,还要努力避免课题制带来的负面影响.
In accordance with the problems in the work of scientific research in higher vocational school, the management mechanism of topic system should be established urgently. In the process of implementing topic system the variety of topic should be guaranteed, fund management should be rational, supervision and control system should be perfect and the side effect of topic system should be avoided.
