摘要
目的 探讨腮腺多形性腺瘤的临床特征和术后并发症的防治。方法 对 2 6 0例经病理确诊为腮腺多形性腺瘤的患者进行回顾性分析。结果 手术后发生暂时性面瘫 31例 ,味觉出汗综合征 2 8例 ,涎瘘 9例 ,积液 7例 ,复发 14例。结论 治疗以外科手术为主 ,对并发症的防治是关键。
Objective To study the clincal characters of patients who suffered from pleomorphic adenoma of parotid, and how to prevent and treat the complications after the salivary gland operatios.Methods We analyzed 260 cases who were diagnosed as plemorphlic adenoma of partotid by pathology.Results After salivary gland operations, temporal Bell paralysis happened in 31 cases, gustatory sweating syndrome occurred in 28 cases, salivary fistula happened in 9 cases, salivary dropsy occurred in 7 cases, and tumor recurrence happened in 14 cases.Conclusion Treatments were mainly surgical operations. It was important to prevent and treat the complications after surgery.
