摘要
目的 应用精密附着体固位型可摘义齿修复游离端牙列缺损 ,评价其临床修复效果。方法 采用拴体拴道式、插销式及根面磁性精密附着体 ,为 11例游离端牙列缺损患者制作 11件精密附着体义齿 ,观察修复效果。结果 随访 0 5～ 2年 ,患者均感义齿美观舒适 ,固位稳定性强 ,咀嚼功能好 ,检查基牙无病变。结论 精密附着体固位型可摘义齿用于游离端牙列缺损 ,修复效果良好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of distal extensive partial dentures with precision attachments. Methods 11 pieces of distal extensive dentures with bolt, plunger and magnetic attachments were made for 11 patients. Results The patients with precision attachment prostheses were followed up for 0.5 to 2 years. All the dentures were comfortable,stable, good looking and functioning. Conclusion The prostheses could achieve satisfied prosthetic effect.
