Study on Ni/Ceramic PTC Composites

摘要 探讨了Ni/陶瓷复合PTC材料的机理。通过引入GEM方程,分析相关的数学模型和实验数据,得出了:复合材料中,金属与陶瓷的电阻混合方式为近似的混联模式,电阻率符合如下公式:。通过分析该公式,提出了提高复合材料性能的有效途径,为相关的研究提供了理论指导。 Lowering the resistivity mechanisms and PTC effect mechanisms in metal/ceramic PTC composite were investigated in this paper. It is concluded by GEM equation that the total resistance of the composite made of metal particles and ceramic particles almost agree with the series and parallel circuit rule, which can be calculated from the e-quation,. According to factors that have effects on the room - temperature resistivity and PTC effect of metal/ceramic composite, the useful ways to improve the performance of composite were presented.
