摘要
通过在同成分的熔体中加入0~10%(质量分数)的K2O提拉法生长了近化学计量比的LiNbO3晶体。用测量晶格常数和居里温度的方法测定了[Li]/[Nb],结果表明加入到同成分的熔体中的K2O的量决定了晶体中的[Li]/[Nb]。对这种方法生长的LiNbO3晶体的缺陷和畴结构进行了分析和研究。
Lithium niobate single crystals with near - stoichiometric composition were grown by the Czochralski method with the addition of K2O to the congruent melts in a concentration between 0 to 10wt%. The ratio of Li to Nb was determined by means of lattice parameters and Curie temperature. The data presented in this work show that the ratio of Li to Nb can be controlled by the additive amount of K2O to the congruent melt. Moreover, the domain structure and defects of LiNbO3 were studied.
