摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法制得了稳定透明的氧化铝溶胶,并采用降液法镀膜工艺制备了氧化铝薄膜。对该镀膜工艺的研究表明,薄膜厚度随液面升降速度的增加而增加,并与浸渍时间的平方根成正比。当液面升降速度为62mm/min,浸渍时间为25s时,薄膜厚度达到0.20μm。此外,薄膜厚度随着镀膜次数的增加而增加,且第1次镀膜比第2次及以后镀膜的贡献大。
Transparent and stable alumina sol was prepared by sol-gel method. A new coating technique, namely drop-coating, was studied. The results show that the film thickness goes up with the increase of the dropping speed and is linear with the square root of the dipping time. The thickness of the film is up to 0. 2μm when the dipping time is 25 seconds and the dropping speed is 62mm/min respectively. The thickness increases with increase of the coating times and the first coating makes more contributions to accumulation of the thickness than the later layers do.
