摘要
以TiCl4水解产物为柱化剂制备TiO2柱撑粘土,改变煅烧温度和保温时间并对所得样品进行XRD,N2吸附分析,通过苯酚废水的COD实验研究样品的光催化性能。结果表明,TiO2柱撑粘土的光催化性主要受比表面积和TiO2柱体的结晶程度影响。500℃下煅烧2h的TiO2柱撑粘土表现出最好的光催化活性。
TiO2 - pillared clays were prepared by the hydrolysis of TiCl4 and then calcined at differnt temperature for different time. The obtained materials were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption/desorption analyses and COD (chemical oxygen demand) experiment. The results show that the photocatalytic properties of TiO2- pillared clays mainly depend on the BET surface area and the crystallization of TiO2 - pillars. When calcined at 500℃ for 2h, the TiO2 - pillared clays exhibit high photocatalytic activity.
