用气相色谱法测定面粉和大米中14种农药残留量 被引量:27

摘要 为了快速、准确地测定面粉和大米中14种农药的残留量,采用丙酮提取,硅镁吸附剂柱层析净化,气相色谱法进行检测.不同浓度的添加回收率试验结果表明,农药在面粉和大米样品的添加回收率为76.17%~116.46%,变异系数为0.16%~16.24%,最小检测量为0.001 5~0.025 0 ng,该方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合农药多残留测定技术要求. This paper is an attempt to probe into a rapid method for determination of residues of fourteen pesticides in wheat and rice by capillary gas chromatography.The samples were extracted with acetone and cleaned-up with florisil column.Fourteen pesticides fortified to wheat and rice were determined by capillary gas chromatography.The recovery rates and variation coefficients are 76.17%~116.46% and 0.16%~16.24% respectively.The range of lowest detectable quantity is 0.001 5 ng to 0.025 0 ng. The precision, detection sensitivity and linear relationship of the method all agree with the permitting range.
