摘要
试验表明,采用适宜浓度的GA3处理,可以显著提高西瓜种子的发芽率,其中400mg/L(30℃)GA3能显著提高小兰、新冠的发芽率,50—100mg/L(30℃)GA3能显著提高宝冠、新金兰的发芽率,而300mg/L(30℃)GA3能提高和平的发芽率。
As experiments indicate, treatment of appropriate percentage GA3 can improve the germination rate of watermelon seeds.
