本文分析了高校图书馆实行科学管理与高素质人才之间的关联性,阐述了在网络化时代,高校图书馆迫切需要高素质人才以及高素质人才必备的现代管理知识,提出了高校图书馆队伍建设的发展方向,从多方面论述了科学管理高校图书馆离不开高素质人才。
