摘要
本文阐述了实训教师任职资格,并从提高实训教师的学历层次、整体素质、实践能力、实训操作技能以及加强实训教师的聘任和管理,建立实践教学体系等方面论述了实训教师的培养方法。
This article expatiates the qualification of instructing teachers and offers approaches to improve their total quality including practical competence, operating skills and how to strengthen the administration of instructing teachers etc.
