摘要
目的 评价经会阴途径手术治疗后尿道狭窄的临床效果。方法 经会阴途径手术治疗 14例后尿道狭窄病人 ,对手术时期、手术方式及术后并发症进行了讨论。结果 手术成功率 86 % ,12例术后排尿良好 ,1例需尿道扩张。结论 经会阴途径手术是治疗后尿道狭窄特别是尿道闭锁的有效方法 ,正确的术前诊断及手术操作。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of transperineal urethroplasty for posterior urethral stricture.Methods Fourteen cases of posterior urethral stricture were treated surgically via transperineal approach.The selection of operation time,the technique and the complications were discussed.Results Twelve cases had good result after the operation(86%).Only one case needed dilatation of urethra.Conclusion This approach is an effective method for posterior urethral stricture.The proper dignosis,fine anatomosis technique and adequate perioperative management are essential for a successful outcome.
