摘要
目的 探讨倾斜试验在心神经官能症诊断中的应用。方法 对排除器质性心脏病的 6 2例病人进行倾斜试验 ,并与 30例健康自愿者加以对照。结果 观察组 4 6例呈阳性 ,占 71 2 % ,对照组仅 16 7%为阳性。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of tilt table test on cardiac neurosis.Methods Tilt table tests were performed on both 62 patients as research group who had not been excluded of organic heart disease and 30 people who were healthy as the contrast.Results Forty six cases had positive reaction during the test in research group at 71.2% rate and only 16.7% was gotten in the contrast group.Conclusion The tilt table test might be used in diagnosis of cardiac neurosis.
