摘要
目的 探讨电子喉镜在喉部疾病诊治中的价值。方法 日本Olympus Type-T3和Pentax Vnl-1530型电子喉镜,连接SONY彩色监视器,另配电脑图文系统,比较不同时期的5000例喉部疾病患者的纤维喉镜、电子喉镜的诊疗效果。结果 喉科5种常见疾病的确诊率由纤维喉镜时期的99.25％提高到100％。结论 电子喉镜较普通纤维喉镜图像逼真,色彩还原性好,诊断率高。
Objective To evaluate the value of application with video-laryngoscope in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of laryngeal diseases. Methods In this study, Olympus Type-T3 and Pentax Vnl-1530 video-laryngoscopes, connected to SONY color monitor and computer set with image and word treating system, were used among 5000 cases with laryngeal diseases. Then, the efficiency of these procedures for diagnosis and surgical treatment of laryngeal diseases was compared between the outcome under video-and fiber-laryngoscope. Results The rate of confirmed diagnosis for 5 kinds of laryngeal lesion was elevated from 83. 33%-99. 25% during the period using fiber-laryngoscope to 100% nowadays. Conclusions Video-laryngoscope can reach at a higher rate of confirmed diagnosis for laryngeal lesions and is a kind of valuable too in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of larngeal disorders.
