摘要
目的 评价变直性鼻炎(AR)、哮喘患者血清微量元素检测意义。方法 通过CBMdisc、中文全文数据库全面榆索国内已发表的相关文献,排除那些不符合选择标准要求的试验并进行Meta-分析。结果 经Meta-分析患者组较对照组血清微量元素Zn、Ca下降分别为1.34μmol/L(95%CI 1.69~0.98)、0.10mmol/L(95%CI 0.10~0.10),有显著统计学意义(P<0.0001);Mg、Mn下降分别为0.02mmol/L、0.09μmol/L无统计学意义(P=0.08、P=0.06);Cu、Fe、Ni增高分别为1.73μmol/L(95%CI 1.35~2.11)、1.43μmol/L(95%CI 0.82~2.03)、0.34μmol/L(95%CI 0.32~0.35),有显著统计学意义(P<0.0001),Sr增高0.09μmol/L(95%CI 0.04~0.15),有显著统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论 AR、哮喘患者存在微量元素不平衡,有必要开展更广泛研究和更深层的原因探索。
Objective To evaluate the implications of trace elements in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis (AR) and asthma. Methods The related data were collected from these database like CBM disc and Chinese full text data bank, based on the refined criteria of literature selection. Then, the data were analysed with the methods of Meta analysis to evaluate their significance in the light of evidence-based medicine (EBM ). Results The results showed that the reduced contents were seen in the levels of Zn, Ca, Mg and Mn, being 1. 34 /μmol/L (95 %C I2. 69 -0. 98),0. 10mmol/L (95%CI = 0. 10-0. 10),0. 02 mmol/L and 0. 09/μmol/L and with significant defferences for Zn and Ca (P<0. 0001). In contrast, increased contents were seen in the levels of Cu, Fe and Ni, being 1. 73/μmol/L (95%CI 1. 35-2.11), 1. 43μmol/L (95%CI 0.82-2. 03)and 0. 34μmol/L (95% CI 0. 32 - 0. 35)and with significant defferences among them (P< 0. 0001). Furthermore, the level of Sr was also elevated to a mean number of 0. 09 μmol/L (95% CI 0. 04 -0. 15) with a P value of 0. 002. Conclusion There is an umbalanced relation in the serum levels of trace elements among the cases with these two conditions at the same time and their implications in the pathogenesis of them are worth to explore further.
