摘要
在分析了计算机辅助夹具设计系统发展现状的基础上,建立了基于MDT平台的计算机辅助夹具设计系统的结构;论述了系统开发过程中的总体方案设计、参数化零部件库的设计、计算机辅助编码等几个关键问题并给出了具体实现方案。系统提供了夹具设计过程中的各种辅助功能,并可在后续的夹具设计中充分利用库中现有夹具设计方案及夹具零部件。
On the base of analyzing the state of the computer-aided fixture design system establishes the structure of the system based on MDT(Mechanical Desktop). Discusses several critical points of the system such as the scheme of the system,designation of dimension-driven components database, computer-aided encode of the components and brings up solutions to these problems. The system also offers various kinds of auxiliary functions. The solutions and the components can be reused easily in the future designation.
