摘要
以6L80MC柴油机和DGS-8800电子调速器为对象,建立了柴油机传递函数模型和调速器模型。采用Fortran和Minis 5.0仿真软件的混合编程,对柴油机动态调速过程进行了仿真计算,分别讨论了不同比例放大系数、不同积分时间常数和不同微分时间常数对柴油机调速过程的影响。仿真结果表明本文提出的柴油机模型和电子调速器模型对船舶主机的仿真建模过程有重要意义,计算结果对船舶主机的仿真计算具有一定的参考价值。
The transfer function model of 6L80MC diesel engine and the simulating model of DGS-8800 digital governor system are built. Using Fortran and Minis 5.0 simulation software, simulation analysis on dynamic regulating process of governing system for diesel engine is made. The effect on regulating process of diesel engine is discussed by altering coefficients(proportional coefficients, integral coefficients, differential coefficients). The simulation results prove that the simulating model of diesel engine and the model of electronic governor have important significance to the modeling of marine diesel engine. The simulating results have consulting value for the simulating of marine diesel engine.
