摘要
本文用对比分析的方法对42例耐氯霉素伤寒的临床与药敏进行了研究,发现其特点如下:1.大多数患者呈急性起病,且常伴畏寒或寒战;2.全身中毒症状较重;3.玫瑰疹较常见;4.Eos 大多消失;5.再燃、复发率高;6.并发症多且严重;7.入院治疗后平均退热时间长;8.抗菌药物治疗应以氟哌酸或氟嗪酸为首选。
In order to determine clinicaland drug sensitivity of chloranphenicol-resistant salmonella typhi(CRST)infection,we have studied 42 patientswith typhoid fever caused by CRSTwith a control method.The findingsshowed that the features of the disorder were as follows:1.acute onsetin most patients,accompanied bychill or rigor,2.serious toxemia,3.rose spots commonly encountered,4.the eosinophil disappearing fromperipheral blood in most cases,5.high rates of relapse and recrudesce-nce,6.various severe complications,7.long fever time in-hospital treat-ment,and 8.norfloxacin and ofloxa-cin as first choice in treatment.
