摘要
分析了不同历史时期施工企业材料管理的特点和异同,提出新时期施工企业材料管理的进步和发展是围绕三个要素(价格、消耗量和时间成本)、服务于两个体系(材料报价体系和材料消耗量统计体系)展开的,矩阵型管理组织模式是施工企业材料管理进步的基础。
After analyzed the characteristics and the similarities and differences of construction enterprise in different historical stages, advanced that the advance and development on material management of consruction enterprise are center on three essential factors (price, consume &time)and service to two systems (quoted price system of material &consume statistics system of material). Matrix form of management organization is basic to advance on material management of consruction enterprise.
