摘要 前列腺干细胞抗原 (PSCA)为一种细胞表面抗原 ,在正常前列腺中表达 ,在前列腺癌、膀胱癌及胰腺癌组织中过度表达。PSCA在前列腺癌监测中敏感性优于PSA。PSCA可用于制备蛋白疫苗和基因疫苗 ,为癌症诊断与治疗提供新的方向与思路 ;进一步研究可以明确其有效性与安全性。 Prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA) is a cell surface antigen expressed in normal prostate and overexpressed in cancers associated with prostate, bladder and pancreas. The sensitivity of PSCA labeling is higher than PSA in prostate cancer. PSCA can be used in the preparation of protein vaccine and nucleic acid vaccine. Further studies are required to confirm its safety and efficacy as a diagnostic means.
