摘要
对比分析了纳米粒径和微米粒径TiO2的紫外可见吸收光谱,探讨了纳米TiO2对涂料耐候耐污改性原理。研究了不同配比纳米粒径TiO2、微米粒径TiO2配方涂膜的耐紫外老化、耐沾污性,成功制备了耐候耐污性优异的丙烯酸纳米复合外墙乳胶漆。
Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum of nano-sized and micron-sized TiO2 was compared and analyzed.Modification principle of using nano-TiO2 to improve weather resistance and dirt resistance was discussed .Ultravioletresistance and stain resistance of films formulated with different nano-sized TiO2and micro-sized TiO2 were studied andacrylic nano-compounded exterior latex with superior ageing resistance and excellent dirt resistance was prepared.
