局部加压工艺对面畸变控制的研究 被引量:4

摘要 面畸变是汽车外覆盖件成形中的重要缺陷,通过采取工艺措施来减小和控制面畸变是解决面畸变问题最有效的途径。以矩形单曲柱面扁壳为模型,研究了其拉深件面畸变缺陷问题,提出了面畸变控制过程中的局部加压工艺。研究结果表明,局部加压可以明显降低面畸变,改善畸变分布,从而为汽车覆盖件面畸变的工程控制提供了基本依据。 Surface aberration is a major defect took place in forming of outer car coverings.Taking improved process ing measures to reduce and control surface aberration are effective ways to solve surface aberration problems.Take a rectangle single curved cylindrical flat shell as a model for studying deep-draw part's surface aberration defect,and also provide a local pressure technology used in surface aberration control process.The results have shown that applying a local pressure may take away surface aberration apparently and improve aberration distribution,consequentially,provide a basic control criterion for improving surface aberration of automotive coverings.
