摘要
针对新型汽车发动机油底壳的产品开发,进行了减振板的CO2电弧焊的试验研究。设计了能保证减振板焊接过程稳定的导通旁路。研究了减振板CO2电弧焊的焊接规范参数对焊缝质量和性能的影响。最后,提出了减振板CO2电弧焊的焊接规范参数取值。
Aiming at oil pan in a new-style engine of DFL,experiments of CO 2 arc welding of vibration-damping sheets are carried out.Electric accessorial structure is designed to ensure steady welding of vibration-damping sheets.Influences of CO 2 arc welding parameters on quality and performance of weld seam are investigated.In the end,the optimum and preferable welding parameters are presented.
