摘要
资产证券化是解决商业票据流动性问题的有效途径。该文从供给和需求两个方面分析了我国对商业票据证券化的强烈需求,提出我国商业票据证券化应借鉴和采用美国的信托模式,并在此基础上做出相应的制度保障和措施安排。
Securitization is an effective way to solve the liquidity problem of commercial paper (CP). This paper analyzes the strong demand for CP securitization in terms of supply and demand. It suggests that China's CP securitization should refer to and use the trust mode of the US and make relevant system guarantees and measures.
