2003年6月"中国票据"网的成立,为票据市场的电子化发展作出了有益的尝试,而如何提高票据市场流动性和报价有效性则是票据市场电子化进程中值得思考的一个问题。该文在分析了票据市场存在的一些问题之后,提出了提高票据市场流动性和报价有效性的几项对策。
The June 2003 launch of www.chinacp.com.cn is a constructive attempt in the electronic development of China's commercial paper (CP) market. How to enhance market liquidity and quotation validity, however, is an issue worth considering as we progress toward an electronic CP market. After analyzing several problems in the current CP market, this paper puts forward strategies to increase paper market liquidity and quotation validity.
