摘要
通过对古代铜镜的科学分析及对青铜的铸造、淬火、回火及退火的实验,说明古代铜镜的组织系由铸造青铜的α及(α+δ)共析体组成,而未发现淬火、回火及退火等热处理相存在。由此认为,古代铜镜的制作主要是铸造而成。
The results of analyses of five samples of ancient mirrors and laboratory investigations of casting, quenching, tempering and annealing of high-tin bronze of copper containing 20.7 to 24.1% tin show that the microstructure of ancient mirrors are alpha phase with acicular (needle-shaped) pattern in a matrix of alpha plus delta eutectoid and there is no evidence of heat treatment for making mirrors.Bronze mirrors were mainly processed by casting in ancient China.
