摘要
目的 探讨多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片诊断系统对胰腺癌的诊断价值。方法 用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片诊断系统测定 3 0例胰腺癌患者和 3 0例健康人群血清 12项肿瘤标志物 (CA19 9、CA2 42、CEA、CA15 3CA12 5、AFP、PSA、F PSA、NSE、β HCG、HGH、Fer)的含量。 结果 3 0例胰腺癌患者中有 2 7例上述血清肿瘤标志物阳性 ,阳性率为 90 % ,健康人血清有 3例肿瘤标志物阳性 ,阳性率为 10 %。从 12项肿瘤标志物中筛选出有诊断意义的标志物是CA19 9、CA2 42和CEA。其中CA19 9敏感度和特异度最好 ,分别达 80 %和 90 % ,联合检测可提高敏感度 ,达 93 .3 %。结论 多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片诊断系统对胰腺癌的诊断有一定的价值。
Objective To investigate the application of multi-tumor markers protein chip diagnosis system in the Pancreatic cancer.Methods The multi-tumor markers protein chip diagnosis system was used to determine and analyze the concentrations of 12 tumor markers(CA19-9、CA242、CEA、CA15-3、CA125、AFP、PSA、F-PSA、NSE、β-HCG、HGH、Fe) in 30 patients with pancreatic cancer and 30 healthy persons.Results There was at least one kind of tumor markers found elevated in the 27 patients of 30 patients (positive ratio is 90%).There were 3 healthy persons found elevated (positive ratio is 10%).By t-test,3 kinds of tumor markers (CA19-9,CA242,CEA) were significant in statistics and were selected out from 12 tumor markers.Among those tumor markers CA19-9 was the best diagnosis index;its sensitivity and specificity were 80% and 90%,respectively.The sensitivity of the combined assay was 93.3%.Conclusion Application of multi-tumor markers protein chip diagnosis system is helpful for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
