摘要
目的 采用屏气磁共振电影成像的方法 ,建立 5 5岁以上健康成年人左心室功能参数的参考值范围。方法 对5 5名 5 5岁以上健康成年人行左心室短轴位电影成像 ,用心功能软件勾画心内外膜边界 ,计算左心室整体和局部功能指标。结果 左心室整体功能指标 :舒张末期容积 :(74.4± 11.3 )ml;收缩末期容积 :(2 6.8± 7.0 )ml;每搏射血量 :(4 7.5± 7.0 )ml;射血分数 :(64 .2± 5 .7) %;舒张末期质量 :(5 1.5± 11.8) g ;收缩末期质量 :(76.5± 14 .7)g。获得心尖层面前壁、侧下壁、室间隔和乳头肌、基底层面室壁、室间隔的舒张末期 ,收缩末期室壁厚度 ,室壁增厚率 ,室壁运动的参考值范围。结论 建立了 5 5岁以上健康成年人左心室整体和局部功能参数的参考值范围 ,为冠心病人心功能异常的判定提供参考标准。
Objective To establish the reference data of left ventricular (LV) function parameters for healthy adults aged over 55 using breath-hold cine-MRI. Methods Sequential LV short-axis cine images were acquired on 55 subjects aged over 55. On the cardiac analysis software,endo- and epi-cardium were delineated and LV function parameters were calculated. Results LV global function: EDV: (74.4±11.3) ml; ESV: (26.8±7.0) ml;SV:(47.5±7.0) ml;EF:(64.2±5.7)%;EDM:(51.5±11.8) g;ESM:(76.5±14.7) g. End-diastolic/systolic thickness,wall thickening and wall motion of anterior wall,lateral inferior wall,interventricular septal from apex slice,of LV wall,interventricular septal from base and papillary slices,were acquired. Conclusion The database of LV function parameters for healthy adults aged over 55 would play an important roll in diagnosis of abnormal LV function for patients with coronary artery disease.
