摘要
阐述了研究生信息素质培养的必要性和必然性 ;指出以信息素质教育促进研究生综合素质提高 ;探讨研究生信息教育的实施与原则。
The necessity of information training of the postgraduate is discussed in the paper. It is pointed that it is the best way to pay much attention to the information training to improve the whole traits of the postgraduate. And the principle and methods of information training is also discussed.
