摘要
本文主要论述了建立古籍饮食文化数据库的必要性 ,及数据库主要包涵的内容 ,最后阐述了建立古籍饮食文化数据库的途径和方法。
This paper discusses the necessity of building the database of the bite and sup's culture in the ancient books, and the content in the database, in the end espounds route and method to build the database of the Bite and Sup's Culture in the Ancient Books.
