摘要
目的 :探讨釉基质蛋白 (EMPs)对大鼠骨髓基质细胞 (rMSCs)分泌内源性转化生长因子 β1(TGF - β1)的影响。 方法 :采用全骨髓法培养rMSCs ,通过酶联免疫测定法 (ELISA)测定EMPs对rMSCs分泌TGF - β1的浓度效应和时间效应。 结果 :EMPs作用后 ,实验组rMSCs分泌TGF - β1明显高于对照组 ,且有浓度依赖性。结论 :EMPs能有效促进rMSCs分泌TGF - β1。
AIM:To study the effects of EMPs on TGF-β1 releasing from SD rat MSCs.METHODS:The bone marrow of tibia and fibula of rat was taken to gain MSCs.Then the cells were cultured under standard culture condition.The effects of EMPs on TGF-β1 secreted by rMSCs in dependency of concentration and time was evaluated by ELISA.RESULTS:Production of TGF-β1 by rMSCs under the action of EMPs was significantly more than that of the control group( P <0.01).CONCLSUION:EMPs could enhance TGF-β1 release in rMSCs.
