从法律的角度,对建筑作品、建筑作品著作权的概念进行了剖析,并探讨了建筑作品的著作权保护范围、建筑作品著作权保护的适用条件等内容。
From the angle of law, this paper analyzes the concept about architectural works and its copyright. It explores the scope of copyrighting for architectural works and the condition of application.
