摘要
目的 探讨针刺对中风先兆证治疗的机制。方法 对 3 0例中风先兆病人 (治疗组 )针刺治疗后血浆TXB2 、6-Keto -PGF1α含量进行检测 ,并与健康同龄人作对照 (对照组 )。结果 中风先兆证病人血TXB2 含量明显升高 ,6-Keto -PGF1α含量明显下降 ,与对照组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。提示中风先兆证病人的二者含量有改变 ,经针刺治疗后对此能做明显的调整 ,这种作用与临床疗效呈正相关。结论 针刺能治疗中风先兆证 ,其机制可能与调整其血浆TXB2 、6-Keto -PGF1α之间的平衡 ,改善脑血流量 ,提高脑代谢率有关。
Objective To explore the mechanism of acupunctur-therapy for patients with syndrome of apoplexy aura.Methods After treatment with acupuncture,Plasma levels of thromboxane B_2(TXB_2) and 6-Keto-PGF_ 1α took from 30 patients with apoplexy aura were measured.The data were compated with data of health adult.Results It was found that after acupuncture treatment the TXB_2 level in blood in apoplexy patients was significantly higher than in contrast group,and the 6-Keto-PGF_ 1α level in blood in patients was significantly lower than that in contrast group.There was statistical significant difference(P<0.01).All this indicated that the TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_ 1α level in blood in apoplexy patients were changed,acupuncture could produce therapeutic effects by adjusting the two index.Conclusion The possible mechanism might be that acupuncture could adjusting the balance of plasma levels of thromboxane B_2(TXB_2) and 6-Keto-PGF_ 1α ,and increased the cerebral blood stream,enhanced the cerebral metabolism rate.
