摘要
目的 观察以虫类破血药为主要成分的化瘀复元胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 选择稳定劳力型、初发劳力型心绞痛病人 60例 ,随机分为化瘀复元胶囊组(治疗组 )和心血康胶囊组 (对照组 )各 3 0例 ,单盲法给药作平行对照观察 ,疗程 4周。结果 治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为 90 .0 0 %和76.67% ,心电图疗效分别为66.67%和 46.67% ,治疗组均明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;硝酸甘油消耗量 ,治疗组有明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而对照组降低不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;2 4h心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、心肌缺血总负荷及心肌耗氧指数两组均显著减少 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,但治疗组下降明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 化瘀复元胶囊对冠心病心绞痛在改善心绞痛症状、心电图缺血改变和心肌耗氧指数及减少硝酸甘油消耗量方面疗效显著 ,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Huayu Fuyuan Capsule (HYFY) to pectoris of angina CHD.Methods 60 cases of stable or first-time angina from exertion patients were divided randomly into HYFY group (n=30) and XinXueKang capsu1e control group (n=30). The patients were administrated in single blind procedure. Results The total effective rates of the 2 groups were 90.00% and 76.67% respectively. The effective rates of ECG of the 2 groups were 66.67% and 46.67% respectively. The effect of the HYFY group was more excellent than the contro1 group(P<0.05). Nitroglycerin consumption of the HYFY group decreased marked1y after the treatrnent (P<0.05), which of the control group had no significant change. Number of times of angina in 24 hours, lasting time, total loading of cardiac ischemia, and exponent of cardiac oxygen-consumption of the 2 groups decreased after the treatment (P<0.05 or 0.0l), which of the HYFY group were more significant than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion HIYFY capsule have notable effects in the treatment of pectoris of angina CHD by improving symptoms and ECG, reducing nitroglycerin consumption which was better than the control group.
