摘要
3973催化剂是为满足最大量增产优质低凝柴油的需要而开发的一种单段无定形加氢裂化催化剂,具有活性适宜、液体收率和中油选择性高、稳定性好及柴油产品凝点低等特点。在中国石化抚顺石化分公司的工业应用结果表明,该催化剂具有加氢精制、加氢裂化和异构化三重功能,满足了最大量生产中间馏分油和高质量润滑油基础油的需要。
3973 amorphous hydrocracking catalyst was developed for maximum yield of low-freezing diesel, with appropriate activity, high liquid yield, high selectivity to middle distillates, good stability and low freezing-point of the diesel oil product. Application of 3973 catalyst in Sinopec Fushun Co., Ltd. showed that the catalyst exhibited triple function, i. e., hydrofining, hydrocracking and isomerization, which meet the requirements on maximum yield of middle distillates and high-quality base oils for lube oil.
