摘要
阐述地区公路网交通量连续式观测点和间歇式观测点的布设原则 ,提出观测点布设的基本方法。并结合上海市公路网交通量观测点布设研究实例 ,提出交通量观测点布设方案的评价指标体系及评价方法。
The article elaborate the principle of establishing continuous traffic observation posts and intermittence traffic observation posts of highway net of the region,and put forward the method to establish traffic observation posts of highway net of the region.Combining with the living example of the study of the establishment of traffic observation posts of highway net of Shanghai,The article also raise the target system and methods of the evaluation of the project of establishing traffic observation posts.
