摘要
环境保护是基本国策 ,尤其是去年中国SARS流行时 ,铁路粪便直排问题也曾成为舆论的焦点。通过论述各国铁路在集便系统方面的立法 ,以及集便装置的型式 ,国内集便装置的使用情况。并分析现在没有完全推行集便装置的原因 。
Environment protection is the fundamental policy in China.In 2003,discussion on discharging night soil directly on railway track were focused when SARS prevailing in China.The paper describes the laws on night soil collection system in railways in other countrie,the device for night soil collection and its application in Chinese railways.It also analyzes the reasons of not popularizing the device and puts forwards some suggestions.
