摘要
阐述微机控制的工业链条炉中炉排速度的检测与控制。方法是直接利用滑差电机调速系统的测速反馈电压,经变换获得的标准电流信号,与蒸汽流量、汽包压力等检测量一起由微机系统产生精差电机转速的最佳控制信号,达到最佳燃烧和提高热效率的目的。该方法已在两台10t/h 和两台35t/h 工业链条炉上应用获得成功,值得推广。
Measuring and controlling for speed of grates is given,in industrial chain grates by use of microcomputer.The method is what the standard current signals are got directly with feedback voltage of measuring speed in speed regulating system of slip motor by way of change.And optimal control signal of speed in slip motor is obtained in company with detection amount of steam flow and boiler pressure from microcomputer control system.The method is succeed in industrial chain grates of two 10t/h and two 35t/h.It is worthy of popularization.
