深入分析敏感部件的张丝及横梁的力学结构,从而得出感敏元件的力矩平衡方程式及灵敏度计算式,为设计敏感元件提供了依据。
The machanical construction of the sensitive parts, i.e. the tension wire and beam in the electronic microbalance are analyzed in detail. The moment balance equation and the sensitivity calculation formula are thus derived as the criteria for the designing of the sensitive parts.
